Symptomatická is a Czech feminine adjective meaning "spojený se symptomy" or "projevující se příznaky." It describes something characterized by symptoms rather than being asymptomatic. The related masculine form is symptomatický and the neuter form is symptomatické. In medical texts, the term is used to distinguish conditions, presentations, or treatments that involve visible symptoms from those without symptoms.

In clinical use, symptomatická léčba (symptomatic therapy) refers to treatments aimed at alleviating or controlling symptoms without addressing the underlying cause of a disease.
