survevaluvormimine
Survevaluvormimine, also known as injection molding, is a manufacturing process for producing parts by injecting molten material into a mold. It is widely used for the mass production of complex plastic parts. The process begins with a mold, which is typically made of steel or aluminum and contains a cavity in the desired shape of the final product. The material, usually plastic in pellet form, is fed into a heated barrel where it is melted. Once molten, the material is forced under high pressure through a nozzle and into the mold cavity. As the material cools and solidifies within the mold, it takes on the shape of the cavity. The mold then opens, and the finished part is ejected.
This process is highly versatile and can produce a wide range of parts, from small intricate components
