A statuette is a small statue, typically a sculpture representing a human, animal, or mythological figure, smaller than life-size. The term is used for decorative sculptures as well as ceremonial objects such as trophies. The word derives from the French statuette, a diminutive form of statue.

Statuettes are made in a wide range of materials, including metal (bronze, brass), ceramic, plaster, wood, stone, ivory, and modern resins or plastics. They are produced by carving, casting, or molding, and may be polychrome or gilded. Some statuettes are faithful miniatures; others are stylized or abstract.
