Spoluuití, often written spoluúžití, is a term used in Czech-language contexts to describe the joint use or shared utilization of assets, resources or facilities by two or more parties. It encompasses arrangements under which participants grant each other rights to access and use specified parts of a property, infrastructure or service, typically governed by a contract or specific regulations. The concept is related to, but distinct from, joint ownership (spoluvlastnictví) and from mere licensing; it focuses on functional access and use rather than ownership.

Common domains include real estate (shared driveways, parking, utilities), infrastructure (shared water or energy networks), information technology and data (shared data centers, cloud resources), and municipal or corporate services (shared freight corridors, public facilities). A typical spoluúžití agreement defines scope (which assets, what use), term, cost-sharing, maintenance responsibilities, access rules, liability, insurance, and dispute resolution.
