spermatidek
Spermatidek, or spermatids, are haploid male germ cells that arise during spermatogenesis in the testes. After mitotic divisions of spermatogonia to form primary spermatocytes, meiosis I yields two secondary spermatocytes, which then complete meiosis II to produce four haploid spermatids per primary spermatocyte. They reside in the seminiferous tubules, associated with Sertoli cells, and are connected by cytoplasmic bridges through early stages of development.
During spermiogenesis, spermatidek undergo dramatic remodeling to become mature spermatozoa. They develop an acrosome at the
Following release, immature spermatozoa migrate to the epididymis, where they acquire motility and fertilization capacity during
Disruptions in spermiogenesis can impair fertility, leading to conditions such as abnormal acrosome formation or malformations
