Radiometrycznie is an adverb derived from the Polish adjective radiometryczny, meaning “radiometric.” It is used to describe processes, measurements, or analyses that are conducted in a radiometric manner, that is, based on the quantitative measurement of electromagnetic radiation. Radiometry itself is the science of measuring the magnitude of electromagnetic radiation, including visible, infrared, ultraviolet, X‑ray, and radio waves, regardless of wavelength. The key quantity measured is radiant flux (Φ), expressed in watts, or its spectral distributions, with units such as watts per square meter, watts per square meter per nanometer, or watts per steradian per square meter.

Radiometry is distinct from photometry, which weights radiation by the eye’s sensitivity and is expressed in lux or a‑lux. In contrast, radiometric measurements are wavelength‑neutral and are essential for calibrating sensors in remote sensing, astronomical observations, and atmospheric science.
