Propertie stemperature is a term used to describe how properties of materials and systems vary with temperature. It is not a formal physical quantity itself but a conceptual framework for studying the temperature dependence of properties.

In practice, property versus temperature is written as P(T). Many properties change with temperature in characteristic ways.
