Projesinin is a Turkish grammatical form that expresses a genitive relationship involving a third-person possessor. It comes from the noun proje (project) combined with the third-person singular possessive suffix -si, and then with the genitive suffix -in (often realized as nin after combination). The resulting form projesinin means “of its project” or, in a broader sense, “its project’s.”

Formation and structure: base noun proje receives the possessive suffix -si to form projesi (its project). A subsequent genitive suffix -in attaches to that possessive form, yielding projesinin, which marks the whole phrase as “of its project.” This stacking of suffixes is a common pattern in Turkish for showing a possessive relationship between two nouns, especially when a further noun is described as belonging to or being related to that possessed noun.

Usage: projesinin is used when the owner or possessor is third person and the possessed item is the project. Examples include: “Onun projesinin bütçesi düşürüldü” (The budget of its project was cut). “Şirketin projesinin hedefleri netleşti” (The goals of the company’s project became clear).
