Plastc was a company that offered a smart card designed to consolidate multiple credit, debit, and loyalty cards into a single device. The card itself was a thin, electronic payment card that paired with a mobile application. Users would upload their card information into the app, and then select which card to use through the app before making a payment. The Plastc card would then display the selected card's information and allow for contactless payments, similar to a standard credit card.

The Plastc card featured a small e-ink display that showed the card number, expiration date, and CVV code for the currently selected card. This was intended to provide the security of not having all card details physically present on the card at all times. The accompanying mobile app, available for iOS and Android, allowed users to manage their cards, view transaction history, and select which card to activate on the Plastc device. The company aimed to simplify the wallet by reducing the number of physical cards a person needed to carry.

Plastc faced challenges in bringing its product to market and experienced delays. Despite initial crowdfunding success and anticipation, the company ultimately ceased operations. Customers who had pre-ordered the card did not receive their devices, and the company's website and services were eventually shut down.
