Pfadzusammenhängend is a concept in topology that describes a specific type of topological space. A topological space X is called pfadzusammenhängend if for any two points x and y in X, there exists a path between them. A path is a continuous function from the unit interval [0, 1] to the space X, such that the image of 0 is x and the image of 1 is y. Essentially, a pfadzusammenhängend space is one where any two points can be connected by a continuous curve.

This property is also known as path-connectedness. If a space is pfadzusammenhängend, it is also zusammenhängend (connected). However, the converse is not always true; a connected space is not necessarily pfadzusammenhängend.
