Pdurile is a fictional language created for world-building and speculative fiction. It is described as the native tongue of the Pduri, a coastal people in the imagined Nymara Archipelago. In the narratives where it appears, pdurile functions as the medium for folklore, navigation, and daily speech. The language is generally portrayed as agglutinative with a heavy suffixal system.

Phonology and grammar: Pdurile has about 28 phonemes, including five vowels and a consonant set with stops, nasals, fricatives, and a trill. It uses vowel harmony and a subject–object–verb base word order. Nouns take case suffixes, possessives are expressed with genitive clitics, and verbs encode aspect and mood through suffix chains. Adjectives follow nouns and agree through suffixes.

Writing system and status: Historically, pdurile texts are described using a locally developed syllabary, the Pdu script, though modern references often employ Latin transliteration with diacritics. Within fiction, the language is portrayed as endangered but maintained by a small community of speakers and learners.
