palgalutamide

Palgalutamide is a nonsteroidal antiandrogen medication, similar in structure to apalutamide. It is a selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM) that is being investigated for the treatment of androgen receptor-driven diseases, including castration-resistant prostate cancer.

Palgalutamide was discovered through a high-throughput screening process, where a library of small molecule compounds was screened for their ability to modulate the androgen receptor.
