otoriteler
Otoriteler is a Turkish term for authorities: the bodies and persons that hold formal power to create, implement, and enforce rules within a state, organization, or community. This includes government ministries and agencies, law enforcement and judiciary, regulatory bodies, and other public institutions, as well as officials who exercise delegated power.
In public administration and political science, otoriteler are examined as components of governance and power distribution.
