Osinko is a coastal city in the fictional country of Valoria. It sits on a natural harbor on the western shore and serves as the administrative and economic center of Valoria's western region. The city has about 180,000 residents and covers roughly 220 square kilometers. Its historic core blends medieval streets with commercial districts, reflecting its trading heritage.

Osinko was founded in the 12th century by merchant families from the Osin clan and grew as a regional trading post. It became the western province's capital in the early modern era and expanded rapidly during 19th-century industrialization. The city modernized its infrastructure in the postwar period.

Geographically, Osinko is bordered by low hills inland and by the harbor to the west. It has a temperate maritime climate, with mild, wet winters and cool summers. Annual rainfall is around 850 millimeters.
