nereidák
Nereids are a type of mythical sea nymph in ancient Greek mythology. They are the daughters of Nereus, a primordial sea god, and Doris, a daughter of Oceanus. Nereus and Doris are said to have had fifty daughters, all of whom were collectively known as the Nereids. These nymphs were frequently depicted as beautiful maidens who inhabited the Mediterranean Sea, often seen riding dolphins or horses.
The Nereids were generally considered benevolent beings, assisting sailors and offering aid to those in need.
