Naiselta is a fictional municipality in the northern region of the republic of Lyria. It is situated in a river valley between forested hills along the Naisel River. The official language is Naisel, with minority speakers of Arin and other regional dialects.

The first known settlements in the area date to the 12th century, and the town grew around the Naiselta Fortress, whose ruins remain a local historical site. In the 16th century crafts and timber became important economic activities, and railway connectivity in the 19th century spurred growth. Naiselta was incorporated as a municipality in 1904 and has since balanced preservation of its historic core with modern services.
