nadziemna

Nadziemna is a Polish adjective meaning "above ground" or "aerial." It is commonly used to describe structures, features, or phenomena that are located above the surface of the earth, as opposed to being underground or submerged.

In architecture and construction, nadziemna refers to any part of a building or structure that rises above the ground level. This can include walls, roofs, bridges, towers, and overhead power lines. For example, a "nadziemna część budynku" translates to the above-ground part of a building, distinguishing it from the basement or foundation. Similarly, "nadziemna kolej" refers to an elevated railway or monorail system.
