nCoV19
nCoV19 is a novel coronavirus that emerged in late 2019. It is a respiratory virus that spreads from person to person primarily through respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs, sneezes, or talks. The virus can cause a range of illnesses, from mild to severe, and in some cases, can be fatal. Symptoms typically include fever, cough, and shortness of breath. Other reported symptoms include fatigue, muscle aches, headache, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, and gastrointestinal issues. The incubation period, the time between exposure and the onset of symptoms, can range from 2 to 14 days.
The scientific community has identified nCoV19 as a member of the coronavirus family, which also includes viruses
Vaccines and antiviral treatments have been developed and deployed to combat the virus. Ongoing research continues
