muudetakse
Muudetakse is an Estonian verb form meaning “is changed” or “are changed.” It is the present tense passive of the verb muuta (to change). It is used when the subject of the sentence undergoes a change and the agent performing the change is unknown, unspecified, or deemed unimportant, such as in official notices, legislation, and procedural texts.
