Mieloidalnych is the genitive plural form of the Polish adjective mieloidalny, which means related to the myeloid lineage. In medical and scientific Polish, mieloidalny describes aspects connected with the myeloid pathway of hematopoiesis, the process by which most blood cells are produced in the bone marrow. The myeloid lineage includes precursors that give rise to erythrocytes (red blood cells), platelets, granulocytes and monocytes/macrophages, in contrast to the lymphoid lineage that produces lymphocytes.
