Mieloidalnych is the genitive plural form of the Polish adjective mieloidalny, which means related to the myeloid lineage. In medical and scientific Polish, mieloidalny describes aspects connected with the myeloid pathway of hematopoiesis, the process by which most blood cells are produced in the bone marrow.
