Merú, also known as Mount Roraima or Roraima Tepui, is a tabletop mountain or tepui located in the Guiana Highlands of South America. It stands as a natural border between Venezuela, Brazil, and Guyana. The summit of Merú is a vast, flat plateau, roughly 2,700 meters (8,800 feet) above sea level, characterized by its ancient sandstone rock formations, unique flora, and endemic fauna. The sheer, vertical cliffs surrounding the plateau make it exceptionally difficult to ascend.
