Látószög refers to the angular extent of the observable world that is seen at any given moment. It is the total field of view that an observer can perceive without moving their head or eyes. This concept is fundamental in optics, visual perception, and photography. In humans, the horizontal látószög is approximately 210 degrees, while the vertical látószög is around 150 degrees, though these figures can vary. The binocular látószög, the area visible to both eyes simultaneously, is smaller than the monocular látószög (the field of view of a single eye).
