Lihasvärinä refers to an involuntary quivering or trembling of a muscle or group of muscles. This phenomenon can be caused by a variety of factors, ranging from benign physiological responses to indicators of underlying medical conditions. In many cases, lihasvärinä is a normal bodily reaction to situations such as cold temperatures, stress, fatigue, or the consumption of stimulants like caffeine.
