Koskeville is a town in the central region of Altheria, situated on the northern shore of Lake Verdant and surrounded by farmland. The town covers about 20 square kilometers and has a population of roughly 11,800, with residential neighborhoods interspersed with light commercial districts.

Founded in the mid-19th century, Koskeville developed around a railway depot and the agricultural market that formed the town center. It was incorporated as a municipality in 1875 and expanded steadily through the early 20th century, later adding manufacturing and service sectors.

Geographically, Koskeville lies on gently rolling terrain with a temperate climate. It experiences warm summers and cold winters, with annual precipitation concentrated in late spring and autumn. The nearby lake provides recreational opportunities and helps moderate local temperatures.
