Kolmoiskopolymeerit, also known as terpolymers, are polymers formed from three distinct monomer units. Unlike homopolymers which consist of a single type of monomer, or copolymers formed from two types, terpolymers introduce a third monomer into the polymer chain. The arrangement of these three monomers within the chain can be varied, leading to different polymer architectures and properties.
