In practical terms, kokonaisomistus means that the owner has no restrictions on how they utilize the property, be it land, buildings, or other assets, as long as their actions comply with general laws and regulations. This includes the right to sell, lease, mortgage, or even destroy the property, subject to any existing legal encumbrances such as mortgages or easements that might have been previously established.
