kilogrammét
The kilogrammét, also known as kilopond (kp), was a unit of force in the metric system. It was defined as the force exerted by a mass of one kilogram under standard gravity, which is approximately 9.80665 m/s². While it originated from the kilogram-force, the kilogrammét was intended to be a more precise unit. Its use was most common in engineering and physics contexts, particularly in countries that adopted the metric system but had not yet fully transitioned to the SI unit of force, the newton.
The relationship between the kilogrammét and the newton is that 1 kilogrammét is approximately equal to 9.80665
As the SI system gained widespread international acceptance, the use of the kilogrammét and other non-SI force
