Keskkonnaõigustel is a term used in Estonian legal discourse to refer to environmental rights. Individuals and corporations also have obligations to act in an environmentally responsible manner, minimizing their negative impact on the environment.

The development of environmental law in Estonia has been influenced by its membership in the European Union, which has a comprehensive body of environmental legislation. Estonian environmental rights are therefore shaped by EU directives and regulations, alongside national legal frameworks.
