The Keskivertoliitto, or "Centre Union" in English, was a short-lived political alliance in Finland. It was formed in 1991 by a group of politicians who had previously been members of the Centre Party. The primary motivation for its creation was dissatisfaction with the leadership and direction of the Centre Party at the time.

The Keskivertoliitto aimed to offer a more centrist and pragmatic alternative within the Finnish political landscape. Its founders believed that the Centre Party had drifted too far to one side or the other, and they sought to recapture what they saw as the party's traditional moderate values. The alliance advocated for policies that emphasized fiscal responsibility, a strong welfare state, and a pragmatic approach to foreign policy.

Despite its initial intentions, the Keskivertoliitto struggled to gain significant traction. It faced challenges in establishing a distinct identity separate from the larger Centre Party and in mobilizing public support. Internal disagreements and a lack of broad appeal contributed to its limited success. Ultimately, the Keskivertoliitto dissolved after a relatively short period, with most of its members either returning to the Centre Party or pursuing independent political careers. Its existence is primarily remembered as a brief internal schism within Finnish party politics.
