Jungiai is a remote, uninhabited island in the Sea of Okhotsk, located off the coast of Kamchatka in Russia. The island sits on the eastern rim of the Kuril Trench, a deep-sea trough that stretches between the Kamchatka Peninsula and the Kuril Islands.

Geographically, Jungiai is a relatively small island, measuring approximately 10 kilometers in length and 5 kilometers in width. The island's terrain is characterized by steep cliffs, rocky outcroppings, and fields of loose pebbles and boulders.
