jordskorpeområder
Jordskorpeområder refers to regions of the Earth's crust. The Earth's crust is the outermost solid shell of a rocky planet, dwarf planet, or natural satellite. On Earth, it is the thinnest layer, forming about 1% of the planet's volume. The crust is a relatively thin layer, on average about 30 kilometers (19 miles) thick, and is divided into two distinct types: oceanic crust and continental crust. Oceanic crust is thinner and denser, primarily composed of basalt, while continental crust is thicker and less dense, made up of a variety of igneous, metamorphic, and sedimentary rocks.
These jordskorpeområder are not static. They are constantly being shaped by geological processes, most notably plate
