interagantaj
Interagantaj is the plural present-active participle form of the Esperanto verb interagi, meaning to interact. It functions as an adjective describing multiple agents whose actions involve interaction, and it can appear in noun phrases to refer to those agents indirectly. The form is built from the verb stem interag-, plus the present-active participle affix -ant-, the adjectival ending -a, and the plural ending -j, yielding interagantaj. For example, la interagantaj uzantoj = the interacting users.
In Esperanto, participles behave like adjectives and agree with their nouns in number and case via word
- La interagantaj uzantoj kontribuis al la diskuto. (The interacting users contributed to the discussion.)
- Interagantaj programoj interŝanĝas datumojn tra la reto. (Interacting programs exchange data over the network.)
- La interagantajn uzantojn serĉas la servo. (The interacting users are sought by the service.)
Related terms include interaganto, the noun meaning “one who interacts,” and interagantoj, the plural noun form.
