Hyresnämnden, or the Rent Tribunal, is an independent Swedish government authority that decides disputes arising from tenancy agreements and rent. Typical matters include rent levels and service charges, maintenance and repair obligations, deposits, subletting, eviction, and the allocation of costs related to the dispute.
