hemimetabolískum
Hemimetabolism, also known as incomplete metamorphosis, is a type of insect development where the young, called nymphs, gradually resemble the adult form. Unlike complete metamorphosis, which involves a distinct larval stage and a pupa, hemimetabolous insects hatch from eggs as nymphs that look like miniature versions of the adults. These nymphs molt several times, shedding their exoskeleton as they grow. With each molt, they become larger and more developed, gradually acquiring adult features such as wings and reproductive organs.
The stages of hemimetabolous development are egg, nymph, and adult. Nymphs typically inhabit the same environment
