haYamim (Hebrew: הַיָּמִים) is the definite form of the Hebrew noun yam, meaning "day." Plural yamim means "days," so haYamim translates to "the days." The definite article ha- attaches to the noun to indicate a specific or contextually defined set of days. In transliteration, it may appear as ha-Yamim or ha-yamim.

In Biblical Hebrew, yamim can denote either literal 24-hour days or broader periods of time, such as seasons, eras, or ages.
