gränsytor
Gränsytor refer to the interface or boundary between two distinct phases or materials. This boundary is characterized by abrupt changes in physical or chemical properties compared to the bulk of the phases. For example, the surface of a liquid in contact with air is a gränsyta. Similarly, the interface between two immiscible liquids, such as oil and water, is another type of gränsyta. Within solids, gränsytor can occur between different crystalline structures, between a solid and a liquid, or even between a solid and a vacuum.
The properties and behavior at a gränsyta can differ significantly from those within the bulk phases. Phenomena
