The scope of grannfrågor includes practical and social aspects of living near others. Common topics are disputes over noise, pets, fences and property boundaries, trees and branches, driveways and parking, construction work and site access, drainage and light, and the use of shared or adjacent spaces. Grannfrågor can also arise from municipal decisions or planning processes that residents feel impact their neighborhood.
