Framtidsønsker is a Norwegian term that refers to the desires, goals, and hopes a person holds for the future. The word combines framtid (future) and ønsker (wishes), and it is used in both everyday language and more formal discussions about motivation, planning, and forecasting. In a broad sense, framtidsønsker can denote personal ambitions as well as collective visions for society.

In psychology and sociology, framtidsønsker are used to describe how people imagine their lives unfolding and how those imaginings influence present behavior.
