formdaki

Formdaki is a Turkish attributive construction formed from the noun form and the locative-relatives suffix -daki. It literally means “the one that is in the form” and is used to describe entities that are contained in, located in, or associated with a form, template, document, or similar construct. In Turkish grammar, -daki marks a locative relation and, together with ki, creates a relative sense, so formdaki can modify a following noun (for example, alanlar) or be part of a noun phrase like formdaki alanlar. The phrase is commonly used in administrative, digital, and bureaucratic language to refer to content of forms, such as fields, sections, or instructions.
