Exitpunkter (exit points) is a term used in Swedish and other languages to describe points at which something leaves a larger region, state, or system. The phrase is used in several disciplines to denote boundary points where trajectories, processes, or objects cross from an interior domain to its exterior.

In mathematics and related fields, exit points are boundary points associated with the first time a process leaves a domain. In deterministic dynamical systems, an exit point is a boundary point that is crossed by a trajectory from inside the domain to outside. In stochastic processes, the first exit time and the exit point refer to the random time and the boundary location at which the process exits a prescribed set. Exit points are used in solving boundary value problems, calculating hitting probabilities, and in the analysis of escape rates.

In engineering and urban planning, exitpunkter often describe physical locations where movement ends within a given area. For example, exits on a highway or multi-use facility are exitpunkter for traffic or occupants.
