Evingizda is a locative form in Uzbek used to indicate location inside a house. It roughly translates as “in your house” or “inside your home.” The form is built from ev (house) with the second-person possessive suffixingiz (your) and the locative suffix da (in/at). The resulting word evingizda literally means “in your house.” It is related to uyingizda (in your home) and to other locatives that refer to different places.
