epäjatkuvuuskohdassa
Epäjatkuvuuskohta, often translated as a "point of discontinuity" or simply "discontinuity" in English, refers to a location in mathematics where a function or a sequence fails to be continuous. For a function, this typically occurs at a specific value of the independent variable. A function is considered continuous at a point if three conditions are met: the function is defined at that point, the limit of the function exists at that point, and the value of the function at that point is equal to its limit. If any of these conditions are not satisfied, the point is an epäjatkuvuuskohta.
There are several types of discontinuities. Removable discontinuities occur when the limit of the function exists
