egységállami
Egységállami, also known as a unitary state, is a form of state structure where the central government holds supreme authority over all administrative divisions. In this system, local or regional governments operate under the direct authority of the central government, with no independent constitutional status or sovereign powers. The central authority can delegate certain powers to subnational entities, but these powers are revocable and subordinate to national law. This contrasts with federal states, where power is divided between central and constituent units. Examples of unitary states include Hungary, France, and Japan. The unitary model emphasizes national unity and centralized governance, though it may face challenges related to regional autonomy and administrative efficiency.
