Décimos is the plural of décimo, a Spanish term meaning one tenth. In mathematics and everyday use, a décimo denotes a tenth part of a whole or of a quantity.

In the context of Spanish lotteries, a billete (a lottery ticket) is typically divided into ten shares called décimos. Each décimo carries the same number and series as the full billete, and people can purchase one or more décimos. The price of a décimo is usually one tenth of the billete’s price.

Prize distribution works on a per-décimo basis. If the billete associated with a décimo wins a prize, the payout is divided according to the number of décimos owned.
