domeenile

Domeenile is the allative inflected form of the Estonian noun domeen, meaning domain. In Estonian grammar, the allative case is used to indicate direction toward something and is formed by adding the suffix -le to the noun. Therefore, domeenile literally means “to the domain” and is used when describing actions directed at a domain, such as a website domain or a mathematical domain.

The noun domeen has several senses. In mathematics, it refers to the domain of a function or the set of permissible inputs. In information technology and internet use, it denotes a domain or domain name.
