Dipingono is a fictional language created for world-building and speculative fiction. It is described as the language of the coastal city-states of Arion on the archipelago of Siladia, with a notional speaker base in its lore. It is classified as an agglutinative, suffixing language that predominantly uses subject–object–verb word order and postpositions. Noun declension is minimal, with case conveyed mainly through postposed particles; verbs encode aspect, mood, tense, and evidentiality via affixes, and they mark a distinction between inclusive and exclusive first-person plural in pronouns.

Phonology in the canonical description centers on a five-vowel system and a consonant inventory that includes p, t, k, m, n, s, l, r, and ɲ, with limited clusters and no phonemic tone. Stress is commonly penultimate. The writing system, called the Dipingon script, is a syllabary of around 64 characters representing CV syllables; diacritics indicate tone or evidential mood.

Dipingono has two principal dialects, Northern and Southern Dipingono, which differ in vowel quality and some lexical items yet retain mutual intelligibility. It has a long-standing literary tradition in the imagined world, with modern usage prominent in education, media, and ceremonial contexts.

In-world history describes a proto-Dipingono that formed through contact among maritime trading communities, later undergoing relexification and syntactic shifts.
