Dimbare is a town and administrative center in the northern highlands of the fictional country of Veridia. With an estimated population of about 12,000 people as of 2022, it covers a compact urban area surrounded by farmland and woodland. The Dinea River passes through the town, providing irrigation and shaping local life. Dimbare serves as a market and service hub for surrounding villages, supporting small-scale manufacturing, agriculture, and retail.

Dimbare traces its origins to a medieval trading post that grew around a hilltop fortress. It developed into the seat of the local district government in the early modern era and was modernized in the 19th and 20th centuries. Elements of the historical center survive, including an old gate and a chapel, reflecting the town’s multi-period architecture.

The economy is diversified: farming (grain and dairy), textiles and woodwork produced in small workshops, and public services. The town is connected by a regional road network, with a bus service linking neighboring communities and a regional airport located about 25 kilometers away. Education includes primary and secondary schools, along with a vocational institute.

Governance is conducted by a mayor and town council. Cultural life centers on the annual Harvest Festival, featuring traditional music, crafts, and markets. Veridian is the dominant language, with several minority dialects spoken in surrounding communities. Dimbare maintains an active civic space through libraries, volunteer groups, and local media.
