digitalkamera
A digitalkamera, or digital camera, is a camera that captures photographs in digital memory. Unlike film cameras that capture images on photographic film, digital cameras use an electronic image sensor. When a photograph is taken, light is directed through the lens onto the sensor. The sensor converts the light into electrical signals, which are then processed and stored as digital data, typically in a memory card.
The image data can be viewed on the camera's built-in screen, transferred to a computer or other
