Digikameroista, or digital cameras, are electronic devices used to capture and store images and videos digitally. Unlike traditional film cameras, digital cameras record visual information onto an electronic image sensor, typically a CCD (charge-coupled device) or CMOS (complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor) sensor. This sensor converts light into electrical signals, which are then processed and saved as digital files, such as JPEGs or RAW files, onto a memory card.
