Copolímeros are polymers made up of two or more different monomer units. This means that their molecular chains are constructed from a variety of repeating building blocks, unlike homopolymers which are formed from a single type of monomer. Graft copolímeros have a backbone chain of one type of monomer with side chains made of a different monomer. Each of these structural arrangements influences the final properties of the material.
